We are local! Being based in Melbourne means all our jewellery is shipped from here.
For our free standard shipping we use Australia Post and this can be up to 2-4 business days depending on location.
If you do choose express shipping at checkout this would be between 1-2 business days.
Due to covid Australia Post has notified there has been delays.
The great thing is all orders are packed the same day for dispatch the next.
Once your jewellery has been packed you will receive a tracking code via email or text. You can use this code to track your parcel on the Australia Post website.
In most cases we only keep one set of the jewellery set, however if you do see something you like please get in touch and we can discuss how we may be able to help you.
Unfortunately we dont provide refunds or returns at this stage due to strict hygiene reason. Please choose carefully and if you need assistance please reach out to us and we can chat about any questions you have.
We are currently offering only gold and silver plated jewellery.
